Colony Farms is a beautiful residential community located in the northwestern part of the town of Canton, MI. The neighborhood is bordered by Ann Arbor Road to the north, Beck Road to the east, Joy Road to the south, and the Ridgewood West subdivision to the west. The neighborhood is one of the most beautiful communities in town – thanks in part to the many wooded areas in the area wherein the lovely tree lines and green spaces look especially great during the fall as the colors change.

Real estate in the community is a mix between single-family homes lining the cul de sac streets and a few multi-family residences. These multi-family properties with attached homes are along Colony Farm Circle next to the small pond in the neighborhood. Majority of the houses in the area, however, are single-family built on large lots that provide spacious yards.
